Welcome to Providence Academy and thank you for your interest in our school!

When to Apply

Providence Academy encourages families to begin the admissions process as early as possible. Families who have received an invitation to apply must submit the application within 7 days or the available spot will be offered to another family. The application must be completed and supplemental application forms sent in before the admissions process will proceed. (Forms may be faxed to1-888-550-4988.) A non-refundable fee of $250 must be submitted with each application.
 
How to Apply
 
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. We require families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
 
Creating an Online Application
 
To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account.
 
Then log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
 
After submitting the application, you will be able track online your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms.
